Hi I’m Teresa Cutter – qualified chef and personal trainer. I believe that
eating
nutritious food is

The aim of the healthy chef is to inspire people to take better care of themselves
and to give your
body what it needs through wholesome nutritious food.
At the healthy chef we prepare all our food from the best local, seasonal and
organic
produce.
It is prepared simply without any fuss so as not to de nature the
ingredients,
allowing for maximum
nutrition and flavour.
Our food is low in saturated fats, sugar, salt and refined ingredients. We believe in
the
principles
of balance and moderation. The healthy chef adopts a realistic
approach
to healthy cooking
which can last a lifetime.
